This video is a hypnosis demonstration aimed at helping you relax and sleep deeply.

This video blog was prompted from wanting to help my friends and family around the world who are experiencing lockdown, restrictions and high numbers of people affect by the Covid Virus.

I wanted to reach out and connect in a small way, as a way of helping ease the worry and stress. As we truly do experience life as we are, in that the noises and stressful thoughts in our mind create our reality.

Through listening to this recording, my intention is to allow you some sense of freedom, to be able to use your own imagination to access a quite comfortable state of mind. Maybe even drifting back to a pleasant memory, where inside your mind you can even relive that memory with all the good feelings you had back then. Enjoy, relax and sleep peacefully.

Find a place where you can relax without being disturbed

Maybe in a chair or lying on your bed. You can watch the video, or simply close your eyes and immerse yourself in the experience.

If it’s time to sleep, you will simply finding yourself drifting into a deep sleep, only awakening at the appropriate time in the morning. Or, if its just a break throughout your busy day. As you listen to the count of five, you will find yourself waking up feeling wonderfully refreshed and a lot more relaxed, focused and motivated than you were before listening.
