We often get tricked in this game called life but just realising we are creating the movie, moment to moment we can change in an instant with new thought.

“The inside out nature of life, wisdom and the human operating system”

This post came about simply because my mind was full of noise and I couldn’t think about what to write or tune into my innate wisdom.

Then a thought popped in to have a look back at past blogposts and see which ones had the most hits, opens and clicks.  I laughed when I saw it was the one I wrote shortly after my brother died in December headed Afterlife.

So I guess there must be some interest with you regarding the question about what happens after we die.

Video

My video reveals my own thoughts and realisations about life after death, how I know that we truly are spiritual beings living a human life.  We are all playing this game of life, full of challenges and opportunities for us all to learn lessons and gain insight.

We tend to learn and grow the most in our personal development in those challenging times, because, lets face it, when life is good we are just too busy enjoying ourselves to question why?

Whether you get lost in work issues, feel pressured, too much to do, relationship issues, timelines, deadlines or arguments with colleagues, loved ones, family pressure or a whole load of other challenges, whatever your story right now, it can change, in an instant.

The reason being that all perceived challenges are are result of moment to moment thinking, something happens on the outside and then you have a bunch of thinking, and the thinking creates your reality, how you see life in that moment.  Whether you feel good or bad has no bearing on the circumstances and has everything to do with the thoughts you are paying attention to.

Take a watch of my video which might help you to gain some insight or read below for more direction.

There was a guy called Sydney Banks, he was born  in Scotland in the 1930’s  to a poor family and wasn’t highly educated.  He moved to Canada and was searching for an answer to his life which was surrounded by negativity.  He found himself at a seminar where one of his friends said something that rocked his world, the words he heard were:  “You’re not insecure Syd, you just think you are!”

At these words Syd found himself having amazing insights and over the next few days seemed to download information and wisdom that changed his life.  He became peaceful, easy going and saw a simplicity behind life that he began to share with anyone who would listen.

Initially his friends thought he was bonkers, particularly Elsie Spittle who was a dear friend of many years, her and her hubby began to avoid Syd rather than be surrounded by his weird change of heart which all seemed a bit much.  But, around a year or so later at a gathering, Elsie heard something in Syd’s words where she gained her own insight, this deepened over time and she began with her husband who latched on later, to share their own insights.

This was around forty years ago and since them many others have written books around their own insights and realisations a few of these people I have met and many I have followed through reading their books, watching youtube video and listening to podcasts.

I have completed formal trainings and am even now half way through training to be a Clarity Practitioner Coach.  Helping people in business to learn their own insights so they too can have a much more peaceful life as well as increased, health, wealth and happiness.

How do I and how does everyone else do this?

We all have our own ways, listening to our own wisdom gained from our own insights.  This is something we can’t share, it can’t be taught, all I and everyone else can do is share from their own understanding about the inside out nature of life and the human operating system.

If any of these words resonate with you and you would like to know more.
