Moving to another country can be incredibly exciting…So much so that you don’t quite work things through before you take the plunge and before long find yourself wondering why the heck you made such a stupid decision.
Surrounded by unfamiliar faces places can shake your identity, your sense of who you are in the world leaving you feeling sad, lonely, lost, lacking direction and with a growing sense of failure with no way out.
I am painting a bleak picture, the worst scenario, although I know from personal experience some of the pitfalls of being an expat. Which means that I can help other expats understand where their uncomfortable feelings are coming from. Help them gain an understanding through educating how the mind works.
The way I work as a coach is probably a lot different to traditional coaches, as rather than give a client a bunch of techniques, which do work but are really treating the symptom and not the cause. My aim is to treat the true cause of the distress so my client can ultimately be ok, no matter where they are living in the world. Their circumstances or experiences at any given moment.

What Can Women’s Expat Coaching Help You To do?
