What an interesting year this is so far... I am amazing myself at the improvement in my running and as my car was off the road for almost two weeks, I decided to run from home. (we live on a mountain!) hence my hill running has improved dramatically and now running on the flat for 10k seems easy. My main goal was to run the Gold Coast 1/2 marathon in July this year.... Sometimes, life events mean we have to move our goal posts. My daughter is having surgery next month and I am travelling back to the UK for 6 months to look after her and also spend time looking after my grandson. |

Its 3 o clock in the morning... (isnt that the words of a song?) I am wide awake and thinking... In just a couple of hours we are setting off to have a few relaixing days away camping on Stradbrook Island, but before I go I just wanted to share some exciting information with you. First of all, my right calf muscle has healed quickly and although I took it very carefully, I attended Lazy Runners training session todayand must say I feel wonderful to be back running again! |

Just having a break from finishing off notes for this weekend's workshop. The hard part has been in deciding what to include, when there are so many useful ways to enhance the way in which we think, which cancreate better lives for ourselves. I love chocolate and so to me it is almost like opening a box of chocolates and having to choose just a few of my favourite ones. My blog recently has been all about running, and as I ran 6k this morning, i thought i would just mention it :-) This time we ran in 2k stints and aimed to increase our time on each stint. |

Today is an important day.... :-) It is the next step in my journey of using the internet to connect with more of you fabulous people out there in this wonderful wide world. To be honest i am feeling proud of myself, and i must give credit to my provider as they have made my job so easy. I thought it was a difficult thing to develop a website and now i have my own blog! So now what.... I intend to use this space to pass on to you lots of interesting snippets of information as they pass through my world, hopefully you will find them useful and i am happy to receive your feedback to allow me to ascertain how to develop this space. |
