Just to save time this morning I ran on the treadmill for 30 minutes before walking the dogs. Just a nice steady, run and I thought back to the beginning of June when i was running for one minute and then jogging for one minute intervals. I am always amazed at the body's ability to gain strength and stamina in such a short time. and so proud of my own body for always supporting me! (literally!) The beach was a little blustery still although the rain has eased at last, the dogs still enjoyed their run around although I was a little nervous that Sasha was going to get stung on the nose as she was curious about all the blue bottle jelly fish that have been blown in to the shore. |

Well another tick off my list of things to do in this life. I have talked about doing workshops for some time now and whilst attending my Masters Hypnosis Course in August I finally decided to act on my decision and make it come true! This weekend was such fun for me and my participants, who were a great bunch who fully interacted into all aspects of the workshop with enthusiasm, thanks guys! My next Weekend Workshop is scheduled in November. If any of you would like to join in the fun on this weekend, please get in touch and book now as spaces are limited. |

What a busy and interesting week this one has been so far. I was looking forward to completing my second 5k run on Sunday. Instead of being at the start line at 8am i found myself driving my Husband to the 24 hour Doctor as he was really not feeling very well. He is much better now after taking antibiotics and rather than feeling disappointed at missing my run, I found myself noticing just how much knowing i was intending to do the run motivated me to train :-) Which reinforces the philosophy that the goal is just something to aim for along the journey, whether that be for a run, or anything else such as career goal, relationship goal, health goal etc. |
