I havent written a blog for a while... What to write.... Now you see, it isn't that I havent got anything to write, its just that I am not sure about what to reveal, interesting, well its interesting for me anyway, because I am learning about my thought patterns. I have a facebook page, just like lots of other people on the planet these days, and I have noticed how some people like to write about everything and anything in their personal lives and how others just write about their business activities, and I know of others who never write anything but seem to like to watch what everybody else is writing. |

Well, Its Saturday Evening and I am just reflecting on todays workshop. Today was a different and challanging day for myself as a presenter as i had 3 adults and two young brothers attending my "live the life of your dreams workshop" The highlight of the day, especially for the boys was The Superman" exercise, so much so that we repeated the exercise 4 times using other Superheroes such as Wonderwoman, The Hulk, Batman and Wolverine to spectacular effect! I am now being hurried along by my Husband who is now looking forward to going out for a nice evening meal with friends, so I have no time to explain why the Superman Exercise is so valued. |

Today i am feeling very happy... Yesterday i was working with a client who has suffered from claustraphobia for over 30 years. Today she had an appointment which involved walking up 2 floors. My intention was to attend with her and encourage her to use the life. Unfortunately, she did not feel ready to do this on top of having an appointment with a cardiac and so we postponed our intention of using the life. I have now received a phone call from the same lady who just wanted to let me know that, although she walked up the stairs for her appointment, on leaving she decided to 'just use the lift! |
